By using the ArenPOS website and ArenPOS software, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

ArenPOS is restaurant automation software offering a desktop cashier POS, a waiter app, and a kitchen display system for restaurants and cafes. The free version is offered for personal or commercial use. The scope and features of the service may be updated without prior notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You must use ArenPOS only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms. The following are considered unacceptable:

Reverse-engineering, copying, or commercially redistributing the software (except where explicitly permitted).
Use intended to disrupt or interfere with servers, networks, or other users.
Use to create or process misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
Use that infringes the rights of third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

The ArenPOS name, logo, interface, and all related materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial use is prohibited. "ArenPOS" may be used as a trademark.

4. Limitation of Liability

The ArenPOS software is provided "as is". No warranty is given regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. ArenPOS is not liable for any direct or indirect damages (data loss, business loss, etc.) arising from the use of the software. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the software (which is zero in the free version).

5. Data and Backups

You are responsible for backing up and securing your own business data (menu, orders, reports, etc.). Except where required by law, ArenPOS accepts no liability for data loss.

6. Account and Access

You are responsible for keeping any account information provided through the website or software secure. If you notice any suspicious access, you should notify us immediately.

7. Changes and Termination

These terms of service may be updated; the current text will be published on this page. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms. ArenPOS may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations or other valid reasons.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes.
